We can learn so much from our littles can’t we? That we’re deeply loved super heroes? I know this little guy feels that way.
I don’t know about you but I don’t wake up feeling like a loved super hero every day. It doesn’t change the way God sees me though.
God loves us unconditionally. There is no condemnation, no criticism, no freakishly high standards we must meet, no standards at all to receive this Love. It’s always here, always available to us.
All we need to do is plug into it and to do that, we’ve got to slow down and just be. Be silent. Be still. Be Yourself. Relax and receive God’s never ending love.
Meditation can silence the voices that tell us we’re not good enough or a part of the right group or we’ve sinned too much. You are enough. You are loved. You’re a super hero who can do amazing things when you believe you can.
Oh, and be true to who you are because there is Just One You; it’s there, being yourself, that you will find true JOY!

I love this! There are so many things in our lives that tell us that we are not enough, just look at the commercials! They tell us that we should buy — because we are not enough. But that’s a lie, because God says that we are more than enough.
Just One You = JOY, in my Bible reading this morning I was reading about joy! Rejoicing always = not putting limits on Joy. I never thought about joy like that. How many times have we limited joy? How many times have we limited ourselves? Thankfully, everyday is a new day to try again!

Cari, thank you for writing! Yes, all the media bombardment upon us is that we are never enough. But you’re so right, that is a lie and we must remember that we are MORE than enough. We are so loved!!! I have to remind myself of that, and reconnect with LOVE/God. That is so cool that you had just read about JOY! I think that it’s important to seek joy in our lives, too.
